We especially encourage trainees and early-career investigators to get involved!

The UCSF Common Longitudinal ICU Format (CLIF) Dataset

The UCSF Common Longitudinal ICU Format (CLIF) Dataset is a new resource available for critical care research at UCSF. This dataset includes data from 65,000 ICU admissions at UCSF and captures detailed hourly data about ICU care, including mechanical ventilation, vasopressors, renal replacement therapy, and mechanical circulatory support.

The CLIF Consortium is a federated research network with data on over 600,000 patients at 46 hospitals. All sites use a standard, open-source data dictionary and data cleaning standards, which enables robust validation of observational ICU studies and multi-center studies of practice variation and outcomes.
